100% ORGANIC / FREE RANGE / AMERICAN ABERDEEN ANGUS CATTLE
Nothing but grass, fresh water, and sunshine!
At Gaughran Cattle Company, we’re dedicated to offering premium, all-natural, grass-fed beef, free from antibiotics and hormones. Our cattle are pasture-raised using rotational grazing and sustainable farming practices, ensuring they have fresh grass, clean water, and trace minerals. During the winter, they are fed only hay—never grain. From start to finish, our cattle are nourished with grass and hay, without any antibiotics, hormones, or steroids. Our beef is humanely processed, dry-aged for seven to ten days, clearly labeled by cut and weight, and frozen for optimal freshness.

Getting enough healthy fat in your diet is extremely helpful to keeping your blood sugar at a healthy level.
Better for the Environment
Research now shows that traditional grass-based beef production actually benefits the environment by decreasing greenhouse gas emissions, increasing biodiversity of pasture ecosystems and improving quality of run-off water from well-managed pastures.
Safer Beef Option
Recent research conducted by Consumer Reports is the biggest study to date, demonstrating that choosing grass-fed meat over conventional grain-fed meat decreases your risk of food poisoning and results in fewer antibiotic-resistant bacteria.
